Honcho is intentionally small, only 500 beds across 148 units. That size isn’t a limitation, it’s actually one of our strengths. That’s the point. We can’t house everyone, and we don’t want to. A smaller community is a closer one. It creates the conditions for real connections between residents, and beyond that, the bond between residents and our team.
