Honcho’s leasing office is open Monday through Friday, 10 am – 6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm, and Sundays from 12 pm to 4 pm. Self-guided tour options are available through the website outside of regular business hours.

Unlike some apartment communities in College Station, Honcho offers individual leasing, meaning residents are only responsible for their own monthly installment payments, not those of their roommates.

Individual leases run from mid-August through late July.
